COVID-19 Policy
Revised July 5, 2021: Our COVID-19 Policy agreement is presented within the booking of a Meyer May House tour ticket.
Yes, (on behalf of myself and those travelling with me) I agree to wear a mask or cloth face covering (that meets CDC guidelines), permit on-site temperature checks and answer a brief health questionnaire prior to being admitted. I understand that if I or anyone in my group does not pass this health screening, we will not be able to continue on with our visit.
Health Questionnaire
The health questionnaire will be answered, using your smart phone, upon arrival at our Visitor Center. We will also have paper copies of the questionnaire available. Please familiarize yourself with the questions below prior to your arrival.
Questions to Expect
Have you 1) been diagnosed, 2) been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed or 3) been in contact with someone who may have been exposed to COVID-19 within 14 days of your visit to the Meyer May House?
Have you experienced a 1) cough or 2) a shortness of breath or difficulty breathing within 14 days of your visit to the Meyer May House?
Have you experienced at least two of these symptoms – 1) fever, 2) chills, 3) repeated shaking with chills, 4) muscle pain, 5) sore throat or 6) new loss of taste and smell – within 14 days of your visit to the Meyer May House?
